Native Places Apartment Collection

UK: Lifestyle aparthotel brand Native Places has initially launched The Apartment Collection with 187 apartments at 11 properties across London.

The fully furnished apartments, located in Marylebone, Regent’s Park and Waterloo, are available for long and short term stays for both business and leisure travellers.

Properties comprise an average size of 450 square-feet studios, 600 square-feet one-bedroom apartments, and 750 square-feet two-bedroom apartments. The latter can accommodate up to four guests.

The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, Wi-Fi and a work area. Each apartment offers amenities such as housekeeping and laundry service.

Flagship properties include The Marlo (Marylebone), which comprises 31 apartments and a courtyard garden, as well as Verso (Southwark), which offers a private lift to the penthouse.

The Apartment Collection’s managing director Olivia Immesi said: “The launch of our exciting new brand, The Apartment Collection, demonstrates our vision for Native Places to be recognised at the leading lifestyle long-stay brand in the UK.  We are committed to providing interesting places to stay in the heart of lively local communities for those who require freedom and flexibility.”

She added: “We recognise that those staying in a city for longer to work or to attend conferences still want to play, explore and entertain, hence why we place such a precedence on our apartments being located in the heart of community neighbourhoods.

“We also recognise that the competitive nature of the current London housing market can be challenging and so being able to offer flexible long-stay apartments gives those a chance to discover more options to cater for what they are looking for, at a more affordable price than a hotel or renting.”

The Apartment Collection plans to continue its expansion in London and aims to have an additional four properties by 2025.
