Middle East/North Africa: Corporate accommodation provider AltoVita has published its latest Middle East trends report, which reveals Riyadh as the top performing market for ADR.
AltoVita’s Q4 2025 Corporate Accommodation Trends Report unveils the latest data shaping business travel and global mobility across the Middle East.
The report draws on data from over 35,000 booked room nights across the region and major cities, including Riyadh, Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, and Cairo.
Riyadh leads the region with a projected average daily rate (ADR) of $215 for Q4 2025. Dubai ($197.25), Kuwait City ($164.18), Abu Dhabi ($150), and Jeddah ($143.75) round off the top five cities.
Heading into 2026, length-of-stay is set to stabilise across Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha.
Cairo has emerged as a hotspot for business travel and long-term assignments, driven by major infrastructure projects and expanding multinational operations in New Cairo.
Pet-friendly travel continues to grow, with Dubai leading the region with 426 pet-friendly properties, followed by Cairo and Hurghada.
Sustainability performance varies widely across the region: Beirut, Dubai, and Tel Aviv recorded the lowest average CO2 emissions per night, while Doha ranked the highest.
