UK: ISAAP has partnered with technology provider Key Dials to relaunch its global accreditation and certification standard for the serviced apartment industry.
ISAAP 1.0 — powered by Key Dials is a global standard for the serviced apartment industry, utilising Key Dials’ technology to simplify and speed up the accreditation and certification process.
The procedure for uploading and submitting documentation will be supported by a new web-based portal. Once approved, it will become easier for certified users to promote their status.
ISAAP said that the Key Dials product can also be adopted by accommodation providers and agents to better manage apartment unit and supply chain compliance verifications.
The new certificate will sit alongside ISAAP’s other products which span compliance, quality and comfort, security, and more.
Steve Martin, director and CEO of ISAAP, said: “Clarity in the serviced accommodation sector has never been more vital as rising costs, global uncertainty and shifting travel patterns have put providers under huge pressure. ISAAPs new product is here to raise standards, support providers and guests and restore confidence in our sector.”
When it officially launches in October 2025, ISAAP has committed to:

An additional certification designed for the short term rental sector is due to launch in January 2026, aimed at simplifying the accreditation process with future registration of licensing from UK government in mind.
