Spain: Operator Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) has recorded revenue growth of €12.1 million in H1 2025, representing a 51.6 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.
The growth in revenue was accompanied by an average occupancy of 82 per cent and 42,900 reservations. Occupancy peaked at 91 per cent in Líbere Valencia Abastos.
In Spain, LHG opened three properties: Naitly Barcelona Poblenou, Líbere Valencia Ruzafa, and B48 Oviedo Ópera, bringing the group’s total to 21 assets in the country.
Barcelona, Madrid, and Vitoria-Gasteiz are top cities for revenue generation, with projections of €7 million, €4.3 million, and €3.5 million respectively by the end of 2025.
In addition to domestic openings, LHG launched four international properties in H1, taking its international portfolio to five assets with 283 units. Recent openings include:
• Naitly Milano Dergano
• Líbere Porto Laranjais
International traveller profiles, said to make up 60 per cent of guests, are mainly from France, the United States, and Italy.

LHG expects to close the year with €32 million in revenue.
