US: Flexible living operator Placemakr is debuting in Huntsville, Alabama, with the launch of Placemakr Huntsville at Anthem House.
Launching in partnership with developer RCP Companies and capital partner Revolution Capital, Placemakr Huntsville at Anthem House is now open for booking. It will officially launch on June 30, 2025.
Located in the $2.2 billion mixed-use MidCity District, the property features 330 studio and one-bedroom units designed for both residential and short-term stays, catering to both corporate and leisure travellers.
Hotel-like services include housekeeping, laundry, and discounted hotel stays for friends and family. Amenities include coworking spaces, a fitness centre, games room, and a resort-style pool to launch in autumn 2025.
