South Africa: The One Rosebank Executive Apartment Hotel, developed by Tricolt Developments, is set to open in May 2025 in Johannesburg’s Rosebank district.
Located at 37 Cradock Avenue, the project features six floors of residential apartments, offering executive suites, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Each apartment features open-plan living areas and some include outside areas such as a patio or balcony.
Amenities include the Epicure at One Restaurant, a coffee bar, leisure pool with poolside bar, outdoor braai areas, the TriFit Wellness Centre, a landscaped piazza, football field, basketball court, and workspaces with hot desks and meeting rooms.
The property also incorporates sustainability initiatives such as backup power generator, water backup systems, and electric car charging bays.

One Rosebank forms part of the Rosebank master plan development, also referred to as ‘The Walkable City’. It features high-end shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and a number of cafés, bars and clubs.
