KAPPE to deliver 74 serviced apartments in Braunschweig by 2026

Germany: KAPPE Projektentwicklung GmbH is progressing with the development of its serviced apartment property on Kaiserstraße in Braunschweig, with completion scheduled for mid-2026.

The project, launched in early 2025, has already reached shell completion and is now undergoing interior construction.

It will feature 74 fully furnished serviced apartments, designed for both business and private travellers, along with two long-term rental apartments. Rental periods will be capped at six months.

Units range from 21 to 39 square metres and will include modern furnishings, private outdoor space in most apartments, and access to a communal lounge, landscaped gardens, and a rooftop terrace.

The building is being constructed as an Efficiency House 40, compliant with EU taxonomy and ESG standards. It will incorporate a photovoltaic system, a green roof and façade, and pre-equipped parking for e-mobility. The project aims to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” certification.

Operator limehome, which manages over 11,000 units, has signed a long-term lease with KAPPE. Its digital-first model aims to provide guests with seamless booking, automated check-in, cleaning services, and 24/7 customer support.
