US: Development and design firm Method Co has expanded its aparthotel brand ROOST into Austin.
Developed in partnership with Austin-based LV Collective, the 59-key aparthotel will open in Downtown Austin this winter. It will occupy floors 14–17 of Paseo, a 48-storey, mixed-use tower at 80 Rainey Street.
ROOST Rainey will have a mix of furnished units, ranging from studio to four-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to 24-hour concierge service.
The Daydreamer Cafe, a Mediterranean concept and an Italian steakhouse is slated for 2026.
Guests will also have access to Paseo’s shared amenities, including a fitness centre with Pilates and yoga studios, cold plunge pools, saunas, two floors of coworking space, and a 12th-floor pool deck.
It marks the eighth location nationwide for the brand and its debut in Texas.Â
