France: The 76-unit Adagio Access Bordeaux Pessac Aparthotel has opened as the first aparthotel in partnership with the Sergic Group.

The property features 76 apartments including 26 family units and four accessible rooms. Amenities include self-serviced laundry, a fitness room, and on-site parking.

Two additional meeting rooms can accommodate up to 20 people in one, and up to 12 people in the other.

Several sustainability measures have been implemented, including the installation of energy-saving equipment and controlled indoor temperatures, water saving taps and shower heads, and the use of short supply chains through local products.

It marks the second Adagio Access in Bordeaux, and the third overall in the city.

Arthur Jaeger, chief development and real estate officer for Adagio, said: “The opening of the Adagio Access Bordeaux Pessac marks a key achievement of the partnership established with Sergic. It reflects our ambition to strengthen our presence in high-potential territories by offering modern, accessible properties designed for medium- and long-stay travellers. Bordeaux-Pessac is a strategic location at the crossroads of the academic and economic hubs and is set to become a solid and lasting anchor point developed with Sergic.”
