Apiary extended stay hotel set for early 2026 launch

US: Apiary Hotel, an extended stay lifestyle property part of Marriott Bonvoy, will open in South Denver early this year.

Apiary Hotel is a collaboration between Marriott, Stonebridge and Copford Capital Management. 

Located at 4855 S. Quebec Street in Belleview Station, the property features 175 suites with kitchenettes, a cocktail lounge, the June Gap Market & Cafe, and flexible meeting and event space. 

The hotel is combined with Apiary Residences, offering one to three bedrooms including 13 penthouse units. The residences are located in the same building and feature a separate entrance and amenities.
