France: Aparthotel brand Adagio has released its full year results from 2025, reporting a seven per cent increase in turnover.

In 2025, Adagio achieved an average occupancy of 81 per cent – up three percentage points from the previous year. The brand welcomed 1.6 million guests, an increase of 14 per cent from 2024, and experienced an eight per cent rise in the number of room nights sold.

Business travellers represented 45 per cent of stays (ALOS 5.2 nights) while the remaining 55 per cent came from leisure tourists (ALOS 2.8 nights).

The group’s portfolio spans 130 properties across three brands – Adagio Original, Adagio Access, and Adagio Premium – in 16 countries.

In November 2025, Adagio partnered with Sergic Group to add 1,152 rooms to its portfolio under the Adagio Access brand. The first property opened the following month in Bordeaux

The brand’s 2026 pipeline features eight properties – one which has recently opened in Nanterre – with further locations expected in Ivry-sur-Seine, Villejuif, Palaiseau, Villeneueve-d’Ascq, Amiens, Grenoble, and Aix-en-Provence.

Other key initiatives launched in 2025 included the roll out of a Green Key certification process, which initially covered 59 sites within the network. As of January 2026, Adagio had increased the number of its certified properties to 78

Xavier Desaulles, CEO of Adagio, said: “Aparthotels today meet evolving expectations, more space, greater flexibility, longer stays, and this is what drives our momentum. 2025 confirms the strength and resilience of our model. After an exceptional 2024, we have continued our growth trajectory while enhancing the quality of the experience we offer our guests. I would like to commend the remarkable commitment of all our teams, both in the field and at headquarters, as well as the renewed confidence of our partners, in particular the Sergic Group, with whom we have reached a key milestone in our development.

“We will approach 2026 with confidence and vigilance, with a clear ambition: to make Adagio the benchmark for aparthotels in Europe, through operational excellence in service of the guest experience, the quality of our locations, and the strength of our brand,” he added.
