UK: Lifestyle aparthotel brand Native by Numa will expand its portfolio in London with a property opening in Fulham this summer.
Located at 284–288 North End Road, Native Fulham Broadway has been designed by YOUTH with artwork curation by Emma Lang, founder of SOTA Marketplace.
It will feature 41 studio and double-room apartments, catering to both short and extended stays. Rooms come with fully equipped kitchens and work space.
Communal spaces include a ground-floor lobby, a laundry room, integrated luggage lockets, and an F&B venue adjacent to the property’s entrance with the partner soon to be revealed.
Philip Lassman, managing director UK and Ireland, NUMA Group, said: “Native Fulham Broadway marks a genuinely exciting new chapter for Native by Numa in London. Fulham Broadway has a distinct energy and a real sense of community, and we want guests to feel that the moment they arrive — whether they’re here for a night or a month. Our goal is a stay that’s beautifully designed, effortlessly flexible, and rooted in the neighbourhood rather than sitting apart from it.
“None of this would be possible without the belief and partnership of our ownership partner, who shared our conviction that Fulham Broadway deserved something special. We’re proud to be bringing that to life together.”
