UK: Management company Providence Hotels has acquired the lease of Hiding Space in Bath, a collection of luxury serviced apartments in the city centre.
Hiding Space apartments are set across two locations: Westgate Apartments (17 units) and Trim Street (10 units, including a two-bed penthouse).
Each of the one-bedroom apartments sleep between two and four people and feature living, dining and sleeping areas with a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathrooms.The penthouse comes with a private rooftop terrace and a hot tub.
Rooms also include Faith In Nature toiletries, Nespresso coffee machines, complimentary milk and water, and Saint Aymes chocolates.
Joe Bester, CEO of Providence Hotels, said: “We’re delighted to expand into the apartment market in Bath. This acquisition allows us to complement our existing portfolio of traditional hotels with a different style of accommodation that appeals to a broader range of guests, from families and groups to solo travellers and business visitors. The flexibility and space offered by these apartments make them an attractive option for both short and extended stays.”
Providence said that special rates will be available for corporate stays, group bookings, private hire and returning guests.
