Germany: PRIMESTAR Group has signed a serviced apartment property previously known as Townhouse Berlin and operated under Revo Hospitality.
Located at Goethestraße 87 in Berlin City West, the property offers 47 apartments and will repositioned as June Stay Berlin in September 2026.
It marks PRIMESTAR’s third June property in Berlin, following the recently signed June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz, and will become the group’s second opening this year.
Roland Rausch, chairman and owner of PRIMESTAR Group, said:“The acquisition of this asset represents another important milestone in the growth of our June platform. Following the announcement of our June Six & Stay flagship at Warschauer Platz, this transaction further strengthens our Berlin platform. We have a long-term commitment to reinvest and support the property’s repositioning embarking on a long-term success under the June Stay brand.”
Ronald Giese, managing director of PRIMESTAR Group, said:“This takeover is a logical next step in expanding our June platform in Berlin. The combination of a prime location, an established team and a long-term partnership with our landlord gives us a strong foundation to invest in the property and unlock the full potential of June Stay — bringing together hospitality, living and work in one connected ecosystem.”
