Ireland: Operator The July is set to open an aparthotel a Dublin this autumn, with bookings available from 15 October 2026.
Located on Capel Street, The July Dublin has been designed in collaboration with the group’s in-house team led by Caitriona McGachy, and studio Fettle.
It features accommodation across six room categories, ranging from studios to one-bedroom suites with private terraces and full kitchens.
Amenities include the Ónora restaurant, developed in partnership with hospitality group Bereen Brothers, an on-site barber shop, flexible coworking spaces, three meeting rooms, a wellness area with a sauna and gym, and an on-site laundry room.
The property also holds a BREEAM Excellent certification.
Joost van Beek, CEO of The July, said: “We’re excited to bring The July to Dublin. After growing in Amsterdam and London, we’ve learned that the best stays aren’t just about a room; they’re about feeling like you belong. We’ve built a space that blurs the lines between living, working, and exploring. Whether you’re here for a night or a month, this is a residential haven designed to adapt to your rhythm, not the other way around.”
General manager Melanie Nocher added: “Capel Street has such a distinctive soul, energy, and rich history, making it the perfect home for The July. We didn’t want to create just another hotel; we wanted to build a genuine neighbourhood destination where guests and locals naturally come together. Our goal is for The July to fit right into the rhythm of Dublin, creating a space that feels comfortable, effortless, and alive from day one.”
