UK: Digital hospitality platform NUMA Group has signed one property in London and two in Edinburgh, all to be operated under Native Places.
The London property, located on Margaret Street, is a redevelopment of a former convent. 30 units will be created in the listed building.
In Edinburgh, NUMA has partnered with HUB on two separate sites. 45 units will be offered at 23 Water Street in Leith. The second property at 11-15 Thistle Street will provide 72 units in New Town.

NUMA plans to expand into major UK cities such as Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, and Glasgow.
The group’s total portfolio features around 9,000 units in 15 countries and 37 cities.
