US: Hospitality group AvantStay has expanded its presence in Miami with the launch of Sense28, an extended stay hotel.Â
Located in the Edgewater neighbourhood of Miami, the new-build hotel offers 52 units comprising one and two-bedroom apartments, each with full kitchens and a lounge area.Â
On-site amenities include a pool deck, fitness centre, garage parking, and concierge services including fridge stockings and IV therapy.
AvantStay CEO and founder, Sean Breuner, said: “Sense28 reflects AvantStay’s ongoing growth and our ability to expand into high-demand urban markets where design-forward hospitality meets strong business fundamentals. As we continue to scale, our focus remains on creating differentiated stays that deliver long-term value – for our guests, our partners, and the communities we operate in.â€Â
The launch of Sense28 follows the opening of The Gilmore in Nashville. It forms part of AvantStay’s strategy to more from short term rentals into urban hotels.
Last October, AvantStay partnered with developer Pearlstone Partners to introduce a hotel-residence brand The Code, which debuted in Austin.Â
