US: Midscale extended stay brand Everhome Suites has opened seven properties across the US, bringing its total portfolio to 17.
Owned by Choice Hotels International, the brand also has 16 sites under construction and 45 in the pipeline, and aims to have a total of 25 properties open by the end of the year.
The seven new additions to the portfolio are located in Bozeman (Montana), Ontario (California), San Bernardino (California), Yuma (Arizona), Newington (New Hampshire), Rochester (New York) and Somerset (New Jersey).
Everhome Suites offer guests fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, in-room washers and dryers, weekly housekeeping, free WiFi, pet-friendly options and 24-hours fitness centres.
Outdoor amenities include barbecue grills and fire pits.

Paladin Equity Capital served as a developer on several of the Everhome Suites properties.
