Australia: Accor will open the new-build Sebel Parramatta in Western Sydney this summer, located on Victoria Road.

Developed by Nirskam Group, the 51-unit serviced apartment property will offer studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites designed for both short and long-term stays.

Amenities include an all-day Italian restaurant, a rooftop bar and terrace, a meeting room for up to six people, a 24-hour fitness centre, communal spaces for work and socialising, self check-in kiosks, and on-site parking.

Adrian Williams, COO of Accor in the Pacific region, said: “The Sebel Parramatta will offer a really attractive extended-stay experience to a destination that is entering an exciting new chapter. Parramatta is evolving rapidly as a centre for business, culture and visitation, and this hotel is well placed to meet growing demand for high-quality accommodation that offers the comforts of home.”

Michael Rignall, general manager of The Sebel Parramatta, added: “We are excited to be preparing to welcome guests to The Sebel Parramatta and introduce a new boutique extended-stay experience to this fast-growing market. The hotel has been thoughtfully designed to deliver the space, comfort and flexibility today’s travellers are seeking, while also creating a stay experience that feels genuinely connected to the energy and character of Parramatta.”
