Vietnam: The Ascott Limited has signed a management agreement with SIMCO Group to operate Ascott West Hanoi when to opens in Q1 2030.
The project marks the first collaboration between the two partners and takes Ascott’s total number of properties in Vietnam up to 43. It also marks SIMCO’s entry into luxury hospitality.
Located at the western gateway of Hanoi, Ascott West Hanoi will feature 220 apartments spanning one to four-bedroom units.
Amenities include several on-site dining venues and an exclusive Club Lounge, alongside meeting and event facilities, swimming pools, a Kids’ Club, gym, spa, and 3D golf simulator room.
Ascott West Hanoi will join Diamond Crown Westlake by The Crest Collection, also signed this year in partnership with DOJI Group, which will open in the Tay Ho district of Hanoi.
In addition, eight other properties – four of which are in partnership with Sun Group – have recently been signed across Vietnam, in cities such as Phu Quoc, Ho Chi Minh, Thuy Nguyen, Quy Nhon, and Da Nang.
